Fundamental Embodied Writing . The notion of our skin and body as a sacred landscape ,expands the concept of the body as space beyond architectural form and provides something of a window to our soul . Fundamental embodied writing attunes and develops a sensory awareness that allows the body to deeply experience the connection to our essential selves.

Fundamental Embodied writing re- connects, and re -learns in a visceral magical way, how to inhabit and nurture our physical body by honoring all our senses. These senses gather data and feed it back to our brain which gives us our lens on ,how we view the world outside . Experiencing new life in our bodies helps to awaken ,unleash and discover our passions, gives us clarity to know our vulnerabilities and our inner truths In times of stress we often spend so much time locked inside our heads, that we forget to respect and recognize we have an amazing temple called the “ body” .

Stress is an ongoing problem in our lives and with all the information overload it robs us daily of our health , wellness, vitality, energy ,and emotional freedom. Fundamental Embodied Writing is a Movement medicine program that reignites,, rekindles and influences a deeper connection to our neglected bodies in a positive way and can be a powerful gateway to access the subconscious . This practice helps to shift our energy from the brain to a more evolved body awareness and wellbeing .
